Dr. William Foerstel, DDS
Dr. Foerstel grew up in Chicago where he attended Lane Tech High School, Northeastern Illinois University, UIC, and finally the UIC College of Dentistry from which he graduated in 1989.
Founded in 1974 by Dr. Alan C. Gasteier, Dr. Foerstel joined the practice here in Batavia in 1990. What began as practicing a couple part-time days a week grew into two doctors working every day.
Dr. Foerstel married after graduating and relocated to the Fox Valley area in 1992 and has been here ever since. He and his wife Lynn have three sons who keep them busy and have accounted for most of his grey hair.
He enjoys travel, watersports, and home improvement projects (within reason).
Dr. Alan C. Gasteier, DDS
Our founder retired at the end of May 2018, earning his rest and relaxation after decades of being Batavia's best dentist. He's probably enjoying golf somewhere beautiful as you read this.

In the dental field since 1992, she's been with the practice since 2004. Prior to this, she has experience with 2 other practices & has lots of experience with the insurance aspect of things.
